Bikram Yoga
Bikram Yoga is a posture series done in a heated room to body temperature. We do 26 basic hatha postures, standing and seated, and work the entire body and internal organs. The series works on flushing the body of toxins and oxygenating 100% of the body. Revealing a more calm, flexible and renewed you. Excellent for beginners and all levels.
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga works on the premise that the body has 8 “chakras” and through use of rapid breathing one can heat the body from the bottom up, raising the kundalini to achieve a feeling of high enlightenment. Kundalini uses postures, movement and stretching along with breath to calm the mind and bring balance to the body.
Sadhana
This class will introduce the powerful synergy of asana, pranayama (breath work) and meditation. This 2-hour class will be for All-Levels with instruction and practice in pranayama and meditation.
Yoga Flow
Yoga flow is a vinyasa style class, where intention and breath link each moment and poise. Transitions are strong yet fluid with the breath as your guide. The class incorporates sun salutations, backbends and inversions. Modifications and props are used when needed. Open to all levels of practive.
Capoeira
Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian art form which incorporates elements of dance, martial arts, and music. Its origins are not entirely clear, but the common belief is that African slaves who were brought to Brazil by the Portugese.
