Kauai's Premier Yoga and Dance StudioBodhi is the Sanskrit word for the awakened one. The Bodhi Tree is where Buddha sat and received enlightenment. To be enlightened is to successfully break the bonds of ignorance, transcend desire and suffering, and teach others the path to liberation.
At Bodhi Tree Yoga Kauai we strive to encourage and support personal growth, healing and transformation. The Tree represents the many branches of yoga and healing arts we offer at the studio. Currently our yoga repertoire includes Bikram (hot)yoga, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Yoga Flow (Vinyasa). We also have a variety of dance and healing arts classes.
