"I embrace all styles of yoga, you might say I am an equal opportunity yogi. You can learn so much with each person you meet. My hope is to continue to share the great teachings of my teachers in a respectful and gentle way. My gratitude to all the great masters, the next generation of teachers and all the courageous students that continue their practice of self discovery." |
Veronika Linton

After living and teaching on the Island of Hawaii for over 14 years she spent this last year in India to deepen her practice of Ashtanga Yoga at AYRI in Mysore. Her classes support students to deeply explore the physical and internal aspects of yoga, emphasizing the connection between movement and breath / body and Spirit. Always a student and grateful for the transformative power of yoga in her life, sharing the gifts of yoga with others is one of her greatest joys.

Beca! McCulley
Bikram Yoga College of India Graduate Fall 2007
I began my Bikram Yoga practice over four years ago in Jacksonville, Florida.
Up until then, my yoga practice consisted of a few random classes at a school gym.
I knew absolutely nothing of Bikram, but immediately I was hooked. My head
and heart pounded each class, but I kept coming back. I started feeling intense changes
within myself. My moods began to stabilize and I felt an overall sense of calm and
balance in other areas of my life as well. Plus, I was awakening parts of my body that
I did not even know were sleeping! I knew I had found my passion. I knew I must
spread the word and share this yoga with as many people as possible. I knew the best
way to do that was to teach it. I attended Bikram’s nine-week Fall 2007 training course.
Thus far it was one of the most challenging things I have ever done, and I loved every minute of it. I absolutely love teaching. The sharing of energy that takes place during a class is amazing. When you feel good, I feel good. I believe in this yoga because it works. I know from experience and I see the changes in my students and peers. Come see what it can do for you. You CAN do it!!!

Lori Lyster
I began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2000 mainly because of a shoulder injury from rock climbing. I was hooked from the beginning and made the decision to spend 9 weeks with Bikram in LA Spring of 2003.I have taught Bikram Yoga in Colorado, New Zealand, Costa Rica and now Kauai. I love the practice, the heat and to guide you all through your practice. I look forward to seeing each of you in the studio. |

Dan Best
Dan Best discovered Yoga in 2000 while recovering from a snowboard "accident" which broke his back, the multiple levels of healing that Yoga provided were a vital and transformative part of his recovery. Yoga opened his eyes to an internal world which was every bit as exciting as the world of extreme sports he had been immersed in. Let Dan guide you through a Gentle Flow Anahata class, get hands on instruction that will soothe your mind and strengthen your body, all skill levels welcome. |
